Introduction

Fan filter unit can be used in modular connection, making FFU widely used in clean room. The air is inhaled from the top of FFU by the fan and filtered by the hepa filter. The filtered clean air is sent out at a constant wind speed of 0.45m/s±20% on the whole outlet surface.
